Refunds
Items purchased at loamgoat.com may be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date.

Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Loam Goat will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.

 

Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to us. The customer provides the return shipping. There is no restocking fee. No returns on final sale items.

Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty

 

Loam Goat Inc. (also known as Loam Goat) warrants Loam Goat brake pads to be free of defects from workmanship and materials. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal operations, or improper installation or service. Loam Goat does not make any other warranty claims, either expressed or implied. In no event will Loam Goat be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Biking can be a dangerous sport, no warranty or representation is made as to this product’s ability to protect the user from injury or death. The user assumes that risk.


Any, and all, warranty claims must be processed through Loam Goat. All valid warranty claims will be reimbursed or replaced with a Loam Goat branded product of equal value.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
