SHIPPING + HANDLING

We currently ship to Canada only.

Rates (CAD)

  • Under $60: $7.95 Tracked express (2-7 business days)
  • $60 – $99.99: FREE lettermail (untracked, 3-9 business days) — or upgrade to $9.95 Tracked express (2-7 business days)
  • $100+: FREE Tracked express (2-7 business days)

A small set of bulkier items (bleed kits, piston spreaders, bleed funnels) can’t physically fit in lettermail. Those orders ship Tracked express at every tier: $7.95 under $60, $7.95 at $60-$99.99, free at $100+.

Lewis brakes and CMH Uniblock products ship within Canada only.

Timing

Handling time is 1 to 2 business days (cut-off 3pm PT). Lettermail transit in Canada is typically 3-9 business days, untracked. Tracked express is typically 2-7 business days with full tracking.

Do you ship to commercial addresses?

By default we ship to residential addresses. If you need delivery to a business or commercial address, please email shipping@loamgoat.com or add a note to your order at checkout so we can route it correctly.


 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

We ship all orders within 24 hours of it being placed. If we haven’t shipped out the product yet, you can change your shipping address. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make that happen.


Can I cancel an order once the order has been placed?

We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible, once an order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. If you need to return any items please wait until you receive the shipment and then visit our Returns and Refunds page.


Can I add items to existing order?

Items cannot be added to an existing order that has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout stage and sent a confirmation number. If you would like to order additional items, you are welcome to place a new order online and contact us with the two order numbers so we can combine the shipping.


Which countries does Loam Goat ship to?

Canada only.


Does Loam Goat ship to post office boxes?

 Yes we do.

 

Can products be delivered to a different mailing address from the billing address?Yes. The shipping address can be different from the billing address.


How much tax will I have to pay?

All applicable taxes will be applied based on the country or region that your order is being shipped to.


What packaging will my order be shipped in?

All orders are shipped in the smallest size packages as possible to minimize shipping costs.
