3-Year Warranty Badge

As an authorized distributor of Lewis brakes and components, Loam Goat supports riders in handling warranty claims. All warranty coverage is provided under Lewis’s official manufacturer 3-year warranty.

What Counts as a Warranty Claim

Mechanical failures that occur under normal, intended use and are caused by:

  • Errors in manufacturing
  • Premature wear and tear of individual components

Covered mechanical items include:

  • Lever body
  • Lever
  • Fixings and bolts
  • Caliper
  • Pistons
  • Hoses

What You Can Expect

  • We’ll work with you to fully understand the problem.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll recommend replacement parts or components to fix the issue.
  • Parts must be installed by you or a bike shop (shop labor costs are not covered).
  • Warranty does not cover return shipping costs. All returns must follow our Return Policy.

What’s NOT Covered

  • Any failure or damage from an accident, crash, or misuse
  • Normal service parts such as bearings and oil seals
  • Incorrect installation leading to premature wear, damage, or corrosion

How to Apply for a Warranty Claim

  1. Review the terms above.
  2. Have your original purchase invoice ready (must show date, customer name, and order number — warranty applies only to the original owner).
  3. Contact our team at support@loamgoat.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Detailed explanation of the problem
    • Photos and/or video supporting your claim

We’ll respond within 48 hours:

  • If not accepted, we’ll explain why and suggest next steps.
  • If accepted, we’ll determine whether to send replacement part(s) or a full replacement product.

Crash Damage & Replacement Parts

Crash damage isn’t covered under warranty. That said, we know accidents happen — if you’ve gone down hard, reach out anyway.

If spare parts are available, we’ll help you purchase what you need to get back on the trail.
