🇨🇦 Canadian Shipping
Free shipping on all Canadian orders.
Handling time is 1 to 2 business days. Transit time in Canada by letter mail is typically 3-7 business days. Cut off time is 3pm PST.
🇺🇸 US Shipping
We ship brake pads and accessories to the US via USPS. Duties and fees are prepaid — no surprise charges at your door.
Carrier: USPS (United States Postal Service)
Delivery: 7-12 business days to most US addresses
Duties & Customs: All prepaid. What you pay at checkout is what you pay — zero fees at delivery.
Tracking: Full USPS tracking included on every order
Note: Lewis Brakes products are available through authorized US Lewis dealers and are not available for US shipping from our store.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship worldwide. For orders outside of Canada and the US, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of it being placed. If we haven't shipped out the product yet, you can change your shipping address. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make that happen.
Can I cancel an order once the order has been placed?
We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible, once an order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. If you need to return any items please wait until you receive the shipment and then visit our Returns and Refunds page.
Can I add items to existing order?
Items cannot be added to an existing order that has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout stage and sent a confirmation number. If you would like to order additional items, you are welcome to place a new order online and contact us with the two order numbers so we can combine the shipping.
Which countries does Loam Goat ship to?
Canada, the United States, and worldwide.
Will I be charged customs or duty fees on my US order?
No. We prepay all duties and customs fees before your order ships. The price you see at checkout is the total price — no surprise charges at delivery.
What currency are your prices in?
Our store prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). US customers will see prices in USD at checkout. We've set clean USD pricing that matches the CAD numbers — for example, Gravity and Trail pads are $60 USD.
How long does US shipping take?
US orders ship via USPS with full tracking. Total delivery time is typically 7-12 business days from when you place your order.
How do returns work for US orders?
Our standard 30-day return policy applies to all orders, including US shipments. Contact us to start a return — you are responsible for return shipping postage back to our Vancouver, BC warehouse.
Does Loam Goat ship to post office boxes?
Yes we do.
Can products be delivered to a different mailing address from the billing address?
Yes. The shipping address can be different from the billing address.
How much tax will I have to pay?
All applicable taxes will be applied based on the country or region that your order is being shipped to.
What packaging will my order be shipped in?
All orders are shipped in the smallest size packages as possible to minimize shipping costs.
