So I’ll give 5 stars for price point with out a doubt. I ordered the green pads I believe and some Lewis rotors.
Customer service is more than 5 stars while Ian was on vacation he emailed me as my order was placed. He wanted to confirm and wasn’t sure about rotor invtory as he was away but wanted to get me pads asap top notch service. I’m a big boy on a big e-bike and I’m not easy on stuff. The pads and rotors are working awesome where I don’t have to think about them I’m just waiting to see how long the pads last that’s my only reason for a 4 star review at this time. Thanks Ian your customer satisfaction and service is appreciated.

I got these when the stock organic pads needed to get replaced. The performance of the pads has been great and the order process was very simple and efficient. Great local company and very well priced.

I have tried both the Loam Goat gravity and sintered pads for Mavens. Being a heavier rider at 225lbs, I found the sintered pads to be just as good as OEM sintered pads. And I feel the longevity will be better than OEM because of more pad material. You cannot beat Loam Goat pads for quality and value, and I highly recommend trying them out for yourself!

I met the owner of Loam Goat on the trail Specifically the bottom of a double black trail with the initials of NN. Mt Seymour previously. He definitely understands what mountain biking is and has worked on releasing some great products. Recently ordered some LG pads they are sure stoppers and deliver as advertised. Speaking of delivery after ordering they arrived very quickly.

What fantastic service . The staff helped me find the exact pads and provided advice on which ones were the best for my type of riding and environment. They fit perfectly and were a much better price than the last ones I bought. I have been recommending them to friends and family- GO GOAT!

The Sintered brakes were whisper quiet the second I installed them, and all throughout the bed in process they didnt squeek once.

Now that they're fully bedded in, they're essentially silent.

If you want quiet brakes with 11/10 stopping power, Loam Goats are for you!

Other than some initial issues (which have gone away), these pads will stop you when you need them to! Have not had a lot of time with them in the notorious WestCoast wet weather but the few moments I was caught in the rain there was no slippage! Running gravity pads right now but would love to try the sintered when the consistently wet months arrive! Definitely purchase again.

Haven't tried them yet... but I was impressed with shipping and communication!

I have 4 long rides on these pads now and they modulation they provide over the stock pads is definitely an improvement, they’re quite, and have a great bite when you need to smash the brakes. But be careful, you might be in for a world of surprises if you grab a little too much especially with the mavens, it’s easy to OTB if you’re not used to the power.

First ride on the Maven pads were tested on 2 short semi techy downhills. They seemed to grab and slow me down quite reliably but most new pads do. Towards the end of the second downhill they did get a little noisy.The real test will be to see how long they last.

My first impression riding XC in the forest with the Loam Goat Gravity pads were amazing. The initial bite was strong, and also had the power and were very quiet, even when I rode through puddles. I will be looking forward to testing them out at the bike park when it opens in the next month. I cannot wait until Ian stocks sintered pads, and will be for sure testing them out riding downhill! Great product, and great customer service and I feel Loam Goat's products offer great value for the price!
